At DocZen, we believe your documents should stay private. Every operation?whether it's scanning a document, converting images to PDF, or compressing a file?happens entirely on your device. We do not use servers to process your data.
Since all processing is local, your files never leave your phone. We do not collect, store, or share your personal documents or images with any third party or cloud service.
Camera: Required for the Smart Scanner feature to capture document images.
Storage: Required to read PDF files from your device and save the processed results back to your Downloads folder
Internet: Required for app dependencies and AdMob services to show rewarded ads.
DocZen is a completely free application. We use Google AdMob to show 'Rewarded Ads'. By watching a single ad, you get 1 hour of uninterrupted, ad-free access to all premium tools. There are no hidden in-app purchases.
We provide built-in PDF encryption and decryption tools to help you secure your files with passwords. These passwords are never shared or stored by us.
By downloading and using DocZen, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the app.
You are solely responsible for the content you process using the app. Since all processing is local, you must ensure you have the necessary rights to use and store the documents on your device.
The app operates on a rewarded access model. You agree that certain features may require viewing a brief advertisement to unlock a specified duration of ad-free service.
DocZen is provided 'as is'. While we strive for 100% stability, we are not liable for any data loss occurring due to hardware failure or improper app usage. We recommend keeping backups of your important files.
You may not use DocZen for any illegal activities, including but not limited to the creation or distribution of fraudulent documents.
All rights to the application remain with us. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the app.
